Live dashboard reports
Dashboard reports show live data drawn directly from Navigator. Each updates in real time and includes date range filters.
Team report
Shows invoice processing activity over time, broken down by team member.
- Invoice volume processed over the selected range
- Individual user workload — invoices per team member
- Trends — whether volume is increasing, decreasing, or stable
Useful for reviewing team performance and spotting periods of unusual activity.
Workload report
Task volume and capacity metrics. Where the team report is about invoices processed, workload is about tasks.
- Open and completed task counts
- Task distribution across team members
- Capacity indicators
Useful for planning workload and identifying bottlenecks.
Customers report
How your customer base is changing over time.
- Customer acquisition trends
- Termination trends with breakdown by reason
- Revenue indicators based on customer volume and fee configuration
Useful for tracking growth, understanding churn patterns, identifying common exit reasons.
Budgets report
How each customer's NDIS support budgets are being utilised. Highlights customers close to exhausting their budgets.
- Budget utilisation per customer — percentage spent
- Colour-coded spend levels
- Threshold filtering — focus on customers above a spend percentage
Budget alerts fire automatically at 50%, 80%, and 90% — this report gives a broader view beyond individual alerts.
Fees report
Plan management fee collection activity — which fees were charged, when, for which customers.
- Fee transactions in the date range
- Total fees over time
- Per-customer fee history
Useful for reconciling fee income.
Stale claims report
Invoices that have stopped progressing — approved or submitted but haven't moved to the next stage in a normal timeframe.
- Invoices stuck at a status longer than expected
- Claims submitted to NDIS with no response
- Invoices awaiting payment that haven't been actioned
Catches work that has fallen through the cracks.
Filtering dashboard reports
Each dashboard has filters at the top: date range, team member (where applicable), customer or supplier (where applicable). Filters apply immediately — no submit needed.
