Reports overview
Navigator includes a reporting area where your team can view performance data, monitor customer and invoice activity, and export records for further analysis.
Where to find reports
Reports are accessible from the left navigation menu. Select Reports to open the section. You'll see sub-sections for dashboards and exports.
Who can access reports
Requires the report.read permission. If you can see Reports in the navigation but can't view certain reports, or if Reports isn't visible at all, check with your team lead.
Two types of reports
| Type | What it is | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard reports | Live visual summaries — charts, tables, metrics that update in real time. | Monitoring activity, reviewing workload, tracking trends. |
| Exports | CSV files generated on demand for a date range or filter set. | One-off analysis, sharing data, deeper filtering in spreadsheets. |
Available dashboard reports

| Fees | Plan management fee collection over time. |
| Stale claims | Invoices that haven't progressed within expected timeframes. |
Available exports
| Export | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Unbilled customers | Customers without a fee charged in the range |
| Cancelled claims | Invoices cancelled in the range |
| Customer claims | All claims for a specific customer |
| Plan management fees | Fee transactions in the range |
| Contact permissions | Contacts with their approver and funding access |
| Contacts | Full contact directory |
| Customers | Master data for all customers |
| Suppliers | Master data for all suppliers |
| Invoice incorrect plan | Invoices where plan mapping may be wrong |
Navigating between reports
Use the sub-navigation or report list to switch. Each dashboard opens in its own view with filtering controls. Exports are listed together — each has its own parameters.
