Reports overview

Navigator includes a reporting area where your team can view performance data, monitor customer and invoice activity, and export records for further analysis.

Where to find reports

Reports are accessible from the left navigation menu. Select Reports to open the section. You'll see sub-sections for dashboards and exports.

Who can access reports

Requires the report.read permission. If you can see Reports in the navigation but can't view certain reports, or if Reports isn't visible at all, check with your team lead.

Two types of reports

Use the sub-navigation or report list to switch. Each dashboard opens in its own view with filtering controls. Exports are listed together — each has its own parameters.
