Invoice automation status

When Navigator processes an invoice task, automated validation checks whether the invoice can be approved and submitted without manual intervention. The result is shown as the Invoice Automation Status — a badge on invoice tasks.

Where to see it

Non-invoice tasks don't have an automation status.

  5. If there's a problem, contact the supplier and archive or reject.

What to do when status is "Failed"

  3. If fixable (wrong support code, incorrect amount), correct and reprocess.
  4. If the supplier needs to resubmit, contact them (if auto-reply is disabled, this is manual).
  5. Once resolved, archive the original task and process the corrected invoice through a new task.
